Are people in latvia covered by paypal buyer protection??Well its time to spend some points:I recently sold an 'item' through ebay that was shipped to LATIVA. The buyer used PayPal and Although the parcel is tracked, are the people of lativa covered by PayPals Buyer protection in the event that is it lost/ stolen or claimed not to arrive?? I can't find specific information on the parts of the world or countries that are covered by PayPals buyer protection. SO.. Any links or if you know for sure let me know-- Best answer is 10pts!! I have over 50 feedbacks so Buyers get up to 500 quids worth of 'protection' when buying from me.  |
