my ex partner as taken away my child to her country with her parents? |
my ex partner as taken away my child to her country with her parents?my ex partner as taken my child away and went to her country in febuary 19th latvia then left latvia to go to italy and meet this guy she met on the internet for 2 week then return to london with the guy while i'm left to fight for cusdory. does she as the right to do this. even the italian guy phone me on my phone and telling me that i will not see my son again. but she here in london and claiming child benfit and also child tax credit when the child is not in this country. her reason why she said that she left the child in her country with her mother is because she is only in a temp accomation and said it not good for the child when we was living together the child had a nice 2 bedroom here but she just took the child with out my consent. all because she met this italian guy on internet and want to be with him. but i just wonder what the court will say about this even though my solicitor will be ask for is return back to the uk as he was born british ciziten |
