What to do in London with a budget?I have a friend who comes from Latvia and she said that she wants to go to Oxford Street tomorrow but my mother is worried that I will catch the swine flu from the topshop staff...I've lived in London all my life so it's not really that exciting for me and not so easy to think of something that she'd enjoy.
